With our client engagements. we use a simple 5 stage process to manage the project. At the centre of the model is Adapting to Change. It is a relatively agile approach and you can enter or exit any stage, depending on where you are in your transformation journey.
More importantly it is iterative, taking feedback at each stage and ensuring that the core change requirements and Adjust where necessary - the more you get into a project, the greater the clarity of the task ahead (the easy parts and the challenging parts).
It’s a JOINT process with clients.
The QuintA (5A) Methodology™ has been created by Plator, however it leverages experience of using a combination of industry best practice change methods, project management and design methodologies.
